For Dr.Harapriya, it began with a simple yet powerful question:
What more can we do for children who have no one else to turn to?
What started as a thought soon became Mending Tiny Hearts an initiative created with like-minded friends to help underprivileged children access life-saving heart surgeries.When she joined MIOT in 2016, that purpose found something greater.
At MIOT, she discovered CHIME (Children’s Heart Internationale MIOT) an initiative that reflected everything she believed in. Compassion.Urgency.And the unwavering belief that no child should be denied treatment due to financial limitations.
For the first time, her mission became part of something larger.
What followed was more than collaboration it was a deeper calling.Through medical camps, financial support, and continuous follow-up, children who once had no access to care were given a chance at life.With every child helped, the mission didn’t just grow it became more meaningful.
Over time, this journey became more than an initiative.It became a lifelong commitment.Because for her, this was never just about giving it was about being part of something that gives children a second chance at life.

He no longer wanted to stand on the sidelines he wanted to be part of the solution.Today, every year on his birthday, he chooses to give back not out of obligation, but from a deep belief that even one act of kindness can transform a child’s future.
