Vetrivel, a 17-year-old young boy resident of Chennai district, has faced significant health challenges from an early age. In 2011, he underwent a corrective surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot (a complex congenital heart defect).

Dharshan is a bright and cheerful 10-year-old boy from the Cuddalore district. He is currently studying in Class 6 at a local Government school.
