CHIME – MIOT International allows cancellation of certain services or donations under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
- If the donation amount has already been disbursed to a beneficiary, cancellation may not be possible.
- Medical consultation appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
