At CHIME – MIOT International, we take donor satisfaction seriously. Refunds are considered in the following situations:
  • Duplicate or erroneous payments.

  • Technical issues resulting in failed or partial transactions.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
