Gabriel, a 2-year-old, is a Down syndrome child. After his birth, he was initially diagnosed with having an issue in his heart, for which he was under medications. Recently Gabriel attended a cardiac screening camp that was conducted by the medical team of MIOT Hospitals.
He was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot, a complex congenital heart defect that requires immediate intra-cardiac repair surgery to save his life. The surgery, which is crucial for his survival and well-being, is estimated to cost Rs. 3,00,000/-.
