Immanuel Michael, 10-month-old child, hails from Thiruvallur district. He was diagnosed with complex DORV (200%), large muscular VSD/almost single ventricle, and severe PAH when he was just 3 days old. Since then, he has been receiving treatment at various government hospitals, but his condition requires further specialized care.
Recently, Immanuel was referred to MIOT Hospital, where the medical team has planned for PA banding procedure to manage his heart condition. This procedure is crucial for his survival and to ensure he has a chance to live a healthy life.
The cost of the surgery and related medical expenses is Rs. 2,00,000/-, an amount that the family is unable to afford. Immanuel’s father is a driver by profession, and despite his best efforts, he simply does not have the means to arrange for this life-saving treatment.
