Janani

27 Nov 2025 Patient photo Janani is a 6 year 4 month old child from Dharmapuri district. When she was 3 months old, she had a severe cold and cough, so she was taken to a local clinic for evaluation. Her doctor suspected a congenital heart disease, and she was subsequently taken to various hospitals for further consultation.

During a free cardiac screening camp conducted by MIOT Hospitals, she was diagnosed with a Small perimembranous VSD and a right arch with isolation of the left innominate artery. She was advised to undergo a VSD closure and reimplantation of the innominate artery to the aortic arch. The total cost of the surgery is Rs. 3,75,000/-, a sum beyond her family’s means.

Janani’s father, Mr Vijayaganth, is a driver who earns sixteen thousand rupees per month. With his meagre income, he struggles to support the family and manage their expenses. In this difficult situation, he is unable to arrange the cost of his daughter’s treatment. Your generous contribution can give Janani a chance at a healthy and happy future. Your support can help Janani receive the life saving treatment she urgently needs.
