Yazhini, a 4-year-old girl from Chennai, has been battling a congenital heart condition since the very beginning of her life. Just three days after her birth, she was diagnosed with congenital heart disease, turning what should have been a joyful beginning into a challenging medical journey for her family.
Her parents have taken her to various hospitals, hoping to find the right treatment for their little daughter. Eventually, she was referred to MIOT Hospitals by her treating doctor for further evaluation and specialised cardiac care.
Following a detailed medical assessment, Yazhini was diagnosed with a Partial Atrioventricular Septal Defect (Partial AVSD), a congenital heart condition that requires surgical correction.
After evaluating her condition, the medical team has advised her to undergo Partial AVSD Repair Surgery to improve her heart function and give her the opportunity to lead a healthier life.
The estimated cost of the treatment is ₹2,00,000, which includes the surgical intervention, ICU care, hospital stay, post-operative investigations, medicines, and all necessary medical care.
Yazhini’s father, Mr. Murali, works as a supervisor in a private company and earns a monthly salary of approximately ₹23,000. As the sole breadwinner of the family, he struggles to manage the household expenses while arranging the funds required for his daughter’s surgery. Despite his best efforts, the financial burden is beyond what the family can afford.
Your generous contribution can help Yazhini receive the heart surgery she needs.
